You stand behind the barricade with your handful pistol and defense your barricade before the zombies destroy it. Occasionally, special weapons drops from killed zombies. Move your character up and down using the arrow keys, and use mouse to aim and shoot. Head shot is more destructive than body shot, so try to aim for the head. The zombies gets a lot after a while, you have to take down the zombies as fast as you can. Graphically The Last Stand is pretty with small details.
