If you never play such game before, your objective is to match 4 or more the same color to clear it from the board. Click on one of the ball and click anywhere on the board to move it as long as there's no other ball blocking your way. You must match a certain number of colored ball within a limited of time to pass the level. Timer can be found in the right screen, the time ups when the water in the bottle depleted.
